Update Return Policy: Effective Immediately (1/8/2022)
Due to the increase of Covid cases there will be NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. If you’re unsure about an item please contact teacherbaellc@gmail.com before purchasing.
Former return policy will be back in place once Covid cases decrease:
(Former Return Policy)We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, the item must be shipped back out within those 3 days for a return/exchange, if the customer decides to ship items after those 3 days the same items purchased will be re-shipped back to customer along with an invoice of shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be considerate and DO NOT get makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stain on your new clothes when trying them on. Items returned with stains or damaged, will not be accepted. Customer has up to three days once receiving the item for a return/exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at teacherbaellc@gmail.com. When you return your item, please include a note inside the return package with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. Please ship all items to the address below. Please email us the tacking number for the items once you’ve shipped them back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL SWIMSUITS, DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS & INTIMATE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If your item is returned to us, we can re-ship your item, but an invoice has to be sent for the re-shipment fee.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning an item due to a mistake on our behalf. If a customer wants to return any items, they are responsible for all postage fees.
Did You Receive An Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back.
Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
